Photo Usage Terms for Bands & Performers

All photographs on Brighton Gig Focus are my own work and remain my copyright.
By using my photos, you agree to the following:

1. Copyright & Permission

   • I retain full copyright on all images and can withdraw permission for their use at any time.

2. Getting the Photos

   • I usually share processed photos with the band or performer directly, or via Fail Better Productions.

   • If you haven’t received your photos, you can request them from me.

3. Editing

   • You may crop photos, but no other editing is allowed.

   • If you’d like edits, please contact me — I’m happy to make changes that fit my style.

   • I do not allow unapproved edits to be credited to me.

4. Commercial Use

   • Photos are shared for promotional purposes (e.g., social media, websites, gig promotion).

   • If you’d like to use a photo for posters, t-shirts, record sleeves, or other merchandise, please contact me for approval.

5. Third-Party Use

   • No third-party sales, licensing, or transfers of usage rights are permitted.
